About Onda
Onda is a shared commitment between the organizations that help people in West Michigan, and the software they built so that helping works like one system instead of a dozen separate rooms.

Nobody’s needs arrive one at a time
A ride to an appointment. A safe place to sleep. Food in the fridge, a job application, a landlord who will not return a call. For too long the organizations that help have worked in separate rooms, and the person in the middle carried their whole story from one desk to the next.
Onda changes the shape of that. One network, one shared platform, and a group of organizations that agreed to act as one front door for the community they already serve.

our roots
Built locally, by people who care
Onda started in Muskegon, in years of conversations among neighbors, providers, and community leaders about what people actually needed. It is convened by Access Health alongside United Way of the Lakeshore, CALL-211, and dozens of local partners.
Today it reaches across West Michigan, and we are building it to go further. Every organization that joins makes the next neighbor’s search shorter.
